 The Centre draws upon a pool of Associates – experienced ex-industry leaders, educators, facilitators, coaches and researchers – who bring both experience in the social purpose sector and specific subject matter expertise.

Lyn AInsworth

Lyn has extensive social purpose sector experience including roles as Executive General Manager, People, Strategy and Partnerships at House With No Steps and Manager, HR and Legal at Royal Institute For Deaf & Blind Children.

Lyn facilitates, coaches and consults in the areas of strategy, program management, governance and operations.

Andrew Beveridge

Andrew is a leading facilitator, coach and consultant with expertise in leadership, emotional intelligence, building high performing teams, organisational development and performance management.

Andrew also has deep expertise in remuneration benchmarking and performance consulting through both senior leadership and senior consultant roles at Aon Hewitt and Korn Ferry Hay Group.

Steven Bowman

Steven is a highly respected thought leader in the field of governance, risk and strategy in the USA, Asia and Australia.

Steven has held CEO roles (Australasian Institute of Banking and Finance, and the Finance and Treasury Association); wrote 14 books on Governance and Executive Leadership;  consults with over 1,000 nonprofit and corporate organisations each year in the USA, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia; and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Natalie Bramble

Natalie is a respected NFP sector Board member, educator, facilitator, consultant and coach with deep expertise in governance, entrepreneurship, business planning, program management, marketing and commercial acumen.

Natalie designs and delivers eLearning solutions through iClick2Learn, and is a fellow of the Institute for Community Directors Australia where she delivers the nationally recognised Diploma of Governance.

Michael Curtin

Michael is a leading facilitator, coach and consultant in the areas of leadership, high performing teams, culture change, design thinking, emotional intelligence and relationship management.

His particular skill is working with executive teams, helping them build effective collaborative relationships to realise the purpose of their organisation.

Brian Doolan

Brian is a respected industry leader and consultant to the social purpose sector.

His career spans more than 30 years working with social purpose organisations including roles as CEO of The Fred Hollows Foundation, Country Director for Care International in Iraq and Vietnam, an Advisor to Australian Federal Government Ministers and management positions in Aboriginal controlled organisations.

Damien Edmonds

Damien is an experienced facilitator, coach and consultant with expertise in strategic marketing, integrated communications, innovation, digital media and market research.

Damien draws upon a broad range of experience including facilitating and lecturing (for Australian Institute of Management, Griffith University and London School of Marketing), media marketing (working for Neilsen Media Research, Murdoch Magazines and Zenith Media) and serves as a Board member for Volunteering Queensland.

Anne-Marie Elias

Paul Schott

Paul is a respected facilitator, coach and consultant assisting managers to maximise their staff performance and build effective teams. A key focus is the areas of productivity improvement, managing performance, strengthening team work and measuring program impact.

Paul draws upon his own experience as a senior manager, team leader and social worker with organisations such as University of Newcastle, Samaritans Foundation and Family Support Services NSW.

David Rosenbaum

He is a Fellow of both CPA Australia and AIM, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Head of Relationship Management & Program Delivery for Australia at Action Learning International.

David has deep experience in the Not for Profit sector. He recently accepted the award of PhD from Macquarie University for his thesis “The enduring challenge of change management – new perspectives from nonprofit healthcare practice.

Allan Ryan

Marli White

Marli is a highly respected NFP sector leader and consultant in the areas of social impact measurement, quality improvement, knowledge management and strategy. As the Executive Leader – Customer Excellence at breakthru, Marli led the focus on social impact and customer centricity.

Marli is the Chair of the SIMNA (Social Impact Measurement Network Australia) Steering Committee in Victoria, founding Member of the Digital Leadership Institute of Australia and was involved in the Telstra Imaginarium for Non-Profits which utilised design thinking and agile methodologies to prototype new service offerings.

Sue Vittori

Sue is a highly skilled writer of grants, funding submissions, annual reports, impact case studies and policy manuals with a specific focus on the Not For Profit and Government sector.

Sue draws upon experience as Corporate Public Relations and Community Relations management roles at Department of Transport, Department of Infrastructure and Museum Victoria where she managed submissions and Public Relations activities.

As a consultant, Sue has assisted Not for Profits – such as Lighthouse Foundation, Earthwatch, The Pew Charitable Trusts and Community Hubs Australia – to improve external communications to support impact and revenue goals.

Tracey Delaney

Tracey is a highly respected consultant and facilitator in the areas of outcome and impact measurement, program evaluation and social change.

Tracey draws upon an impressive career delivering training and consulting for NFPs such as PLAN International, Lifeline, Oxfam, Mission Australia and World Vision as well as working for Australian Red Cross and Beyondblue.  As a result, she is experienced working across a broad range of social areas both in Australia and overseas including: health and wellbeing, employment, education (including early years and  youth transitions), children, families and refugee/migrant communities.
