Sector-experienced Subject Matter ExpertsThe Centre draws upon a pool of associates – experienced ex-industry leaders, educators, facilitators, coaches and researchers – who bring both experience in the social purpose sector and specific subject matter expertise.

Eleanor Booth
Eleanor is a highly respected consultant and facilitator in the areas of outcomes measurement and program evaluation. Eleanor has strong For-Purpose sector experience drawn from both client facing and senior leadership roles.
Eleanor holds a Masters of Community Development, Measurement and Evaluation. She has an academic background in journalism and philosophy, with a qualifications in data analytics and data visualisation.
In her current role at For-Purpose Evaluations, Eleanor provides consulting services to assist organisations to implement outcomes measurement frameworks, complete program evaluations and to align their data collection and management to better demonstrate social impact.

Bec Crompton
Bec brings deep sector experience from previous roles as the Head, Programme Operations at Panos London (a leading NGO advocating for the poor and marginalized) and management roles at QCOSS and Link-Up.
In her current role at Onward Consulting, Bec assists clients to implement outcomes measurement.

Brian Doolan
His career spans more than 30 years working with social purpose organizations including roles as CEO of The Fred Hollows Foundation, Country Director for Care International in Iraq and Vietnam, an Advisor to Australian Federal Government Ministers and management positions in Aboriginal controlled organizations.
Brian draws upon his deep industry experience to facilitate, mentor, coach and consult in the areas of strategic planning, social impact, organizational development, executive development, organisational partnerships, innovative financing, campaigning, governance and cross-cultural organisational relationships.

Richard Duncan
Richard has a deep understanding of the For Purpose sector through his three years as Head of Volunteering Services as Mission Australia; and assisting 30 different charities worldwide as a facilitator, consultant or volunteer.
Richard also draws upon his corporate experience from advertising and brand management roles at OgilvyOne and PETRONAS.

Jayne Blake
Jayne brings deep experience from both the NFP sector (previous CEO and current Board Director of HeartKids) and commercial sector (Sales Director and Head of Finance at Vodafone).

David Bradford
His vast areas of expertise include performance management, mediation, program management, risk management, leadership, human resources, Justice, Health and Community Services
David’s clients include Ozcare, Mercy Family Services, Uniting Care Qld, Life Without Barriers, Endeavour Foundation, Yourtown and Allambi Care.
David’s organization, Dav’Ange Group, is a provider of the award and non-award development programs to the social purpose sector.

Paul Schott
Paul draws upon his own experience as a senior manager, team leader and social worker with organizations such as University of Newcastle, Samaritans Foundation and Family Support Services NSW.

Paul Schott
Sue draws upon experience as Corporate Public Relations and Community Relations management roles at the Department of Transport, Department of Infrastructure and Museum Victoria where she managed submissions and Public Relations activities.
As a consultant, Sue has assisted Not for Profits – such as Lighthouse Foundation, Earthwatch, The Pew Charitable Trusts and Community Hubs Australia – to improve external communications to support impact and revenue goals.

Damien Edmonds
Damien draws upon a broad range of experience including facilitating and lecturing (for Australian Institute of Management, Griffith University and London School of Marketing), media marketing (working for Neilsen Media Research, Murdoch Magazines and Zenith Media) and serves as a Board member for Volunteering Queensland.
A few of his clients include CheckUP, Department of State Development (Qld), Leading Age Services Australia, MS Queensland.

Natalie Bramble
Natalie designs and delivers eLearning solutions through iClick2Learn, and is a fellow of the Institute for Community Directors Australia where she delivers the nationally recognized Diploma of Governance.
A few of Natalie’s clients include NSW Family & Community Services, Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation, Australian Red Cross, Relationships Australia, Salvation Army and Police Citizens Youth Club.
Based in Dubbo, Natalie is committed to help regional NFPs strengthen the capability and implement initiatives to sustainably deliver purpose.

Michael Curtin
His particular skill is working with executive teams, helping them build effective collaborative relationships to realize the purpose of their organization.
Michael’s clients include Aboriginal Affairs NSW, BlueScope Steel, CSR, David Jones, the Government of Indonesia, the World Bank, Nestle Malaysia and Singapore, Leighton and News Corp.

Tracey Delaney
Tracey draws upon an impressive career delivering training and consulting for NFPs such as PLAN International, Lifeline, Oxfam, Mission Australia and World Vision as well as working for Australian Red Cross and Beyondblue. As a result, she is experienced working across a broad range of social areas both in Australia and overseas including health and wellbeing, employment, education (including early years and youth transitions), children, families and refugee/migrant communities.

Angeline Veeneman
Through her role at Maysix Consulting, Angeline has assisted clients such as The Wilderness Society, Amnesty International, Black Dog Institute, the Australian Academy of Science, and Community Legal Centres.
Angeline draws upon prior corporate roles at Merck Serono(Pharmaceuticals), Deloitte Consulting and Peugeot involved in CRM implementations.

Allan Ryan
Allan’s current focus is Innovation Mindset: An approach that empowers individuals and teams to search for and deliver better outcomes every day.
A few of Allan’s clients include Macquarie University, Sydney Airports Corporation, AGL, CSR and George Weston Food.
Allan also brings significant social purpose experience from his roles as President of Arthritis & Osteoporosis NSW and Group General Manager at The Smith Family Commercial Division and Deputy CEO of The Smith family.

Michelle Piccolo
As CEO for breakthru – an innovative provider of community and social services – Michelle led the ‘all of business’ transformation program covering significant changes in strategy, structure and culture.
As a management consultant, Michelle assisted organizations such as Boral, Optus, Macquarie Bank, Sydney Opera House, Energy Australia, Westpac, Disability Employment Australia, Paraquad, Sureway, Campbell Page and Interaction Disability Services to strengthen the capability and improve organizational performance.
